Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for cleaning services between Sohblitz-Mobil and the customer.

This includes building cleaning, upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, car interior cleaning, post-construction cleaning, office and practice cleaning, as well as window, glass, blind and shutter cleaning.

Any deviating conditions require written confirmation.

The scope of services results from the offer or booking.

The customer provides water, electricity, access and waste containers free of charge.

The rooms must be accessible and cleared.

Sohblitz-Mobil uses professional cleaning products and equipment.

All prices are net plus 19% VAT.

Payment must be made within 7 days after invoicing by bank transfer.

Reminder fee: €5.

Minimum order value: €50.

Travel costs within Braunschweig: €0.50 per km.

Travel costs outside Braunschweig: €0.75 per km.

Appointments are binding.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment result in a 50% fee.

Customer delays extend the invoiced working time.

In case of payment delay, the obligation to provide services is suspended.

Visible defects must be reported immediately.

Sohblitz-Mobil will remedy them within 48 hours.

The correction is free of charge.

If correction fails, price reduction or contract withdrawal is possible.

Liability only exists in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours.

No liability is assumed for dirt caused by the customer or force majeure.

Personal data is used exclusively for order processing.

One-time orders end automatically after the service is completed.

Ongoing contracts can be terminated with two weeks notice to the end of the month.

Place of jurisdiction is Braunschweig.

Changes to these terms and conditions are reserved.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
